Jurgita Hignett joined our Price Bailey HR team in June 2024 and is based out of our Peterborough office.
Jurgita is an experienced HR leader and strategic partner with over 15 years in the field, and now works with the wider HR team to provide HR support and advice to both managers and employees. Holding a Master of Laws in Employment Law and Practice and being a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Jurgita brings strengths in strategic HR, cultural transformation, and employee relations, which will aid in delivering key HR projects and the firm’s people strategy.
Outside of work, Jurgita is a keen runner and has completed 8 marathons so far, having recently achieved a personal best of 3:26 hrs in the London Marathon 2024. Jurgita also enjoys yoga and loves spending time outdoors with her family.
