Price Bailey's Strategic Corporate Finance (SCF) team advised Highbury Support Services Limited on their sale to Birch Faraday Capital, the financial backers and owners of Mediline Supported Living.
Seb is an Associate Director in the Strategic Corporate Finance team. He is primarily based in our Norwich office however provides a wide variety of corporate finance services to clients across East Anglia. Seb joined Price Bailey on the Stepstone Graduate programme in 2012 and became ACA qualified in 2015.
In February 2014 Seb moved across to the Corporate Finance team advising SME clients on M&A transactions, equity fundraising, valuations, due diligence reporting and financial modelling. He has seen the strategic corporate finance team go from strength to strength with a team currently comprising of 20 dedicated staff across East Anglia.
When he’s not advising on deals Seb can be found on the golf course or spending time with his wife and young family. Seb also has a keen interest in fitness and enjoys running.
