Darren’s Professional Experience 

Darren has 30 years’ experience in the Accounting and Auditing space. He joined Price Bailey in 2000 and is a Partner in our Corporate Department, based in the City of London office.  

Darren looks after many of our larger clients, including auditing UK subsidiaries of overseas companies, LLPs and owner-managed businesses. Darren is also a member of our Professional Services sector team, acting for many professional practices and advising solicitors and barristers chambers in respect of their accounting, tax, and structural affairs. Specialising in advising individual companies and groups of companies, including their directors and owners, on all aspects of their audit, accounting, and tax affairs.  More about Darren.

Darren is FCCA and ATT qualified, as well as holding his ICAEW responsible individual (RI) status as a registered auditor.

Darren provides content for the Price Bailey content hub on topics concerning audit and tax. Examples of his work include transfer of a going concern, international audit and how alternative business structures affect law firms. Darren has also assisted in video content for Price Bailey, including an interview discussing changes in the audit world.
