Nathan’s Professional Experience

Nathan joined Price Bailey as a graduate in 2011 as part of our Stepstone graduate programme. Having completed his rotations across our audit and business teams, Nathan joined the Strategic Corporate Finance (SCF) team shortly after qualifying.

Nathan has been a key member of the SCF team for over 10 years and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2023. Nathan is an experienced advisor to owner managed businesses; project managing and supporting them through the full range of SCF services including Management Buyouts (MBO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuations, financial due diligence and raising capital. He has a particular specialism in financial forecasting; producing robust, commercial financial models to underpin clients’ growth ambitions and deal processes.

In addition to supporting his clients, Nathan invests significant time in growing the knowledge of the team through the development of an internal knowledge-sharing resource, and communicating effectively with his colleagues across the practice in understanding how the services that SCF provide may help their clients. Nathan also played an integral role in the development of a graduate recruitment scheme for the SCF department. More about Nathan.

As an expert financial modeller, Nathan has produced several pieces of content on the topic, seeking to demystify elements of the financial modelling process and the different tools and methodologies for financial forecasting for different businesses.

As one of the firm’s Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA), Nathan has also regularly contributed to our content for various mental health awareness initiatives.
