Jay Sanghrajka who joined in 2015 is Price Bailey’s International Tax Partner with his background with the Big 4.
Jay specialises in both UK and international tax planning and has over 45 years of experience in advising clients. Jay is also a specialist in advising clients on the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS). He is well versed in structuring matters working closely with our Corporate Finance Team. His skills also extend to Property Tax Planning including advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax, Capital Gains Tax and other property-related taxes including structures for non-residents. His extensive international tax experience covers such diverse matters as Double Tax Treaties, Transfer Pricing, Permanent Establishments, Corporate Residence and Non-Domicile Planning.
