Mark is a manager with the Strategic Corporate Finance team, having joined after he graduated from the University of Bristol in 2017. He is based in Norwich but works with businesses across the practice.
Mark supports the Strategic Corporate Finance team in a wide range of assignments but focuses on helping small, fast-growing companies to develop effective growth and exit strategies through carefully considered market research and commercial analysis. He aims to support businesses in growing their valuation through the effective use of capital by exploring market entry opportunities, M&A and operational improvements, in addition to supporting Management Teams in implementing share incentive schemes such as options and growth shares.
Mark aims to deeply understand the value drivers and growth levers applicable to his clients and uses this understanding to assess commercial outcomes and understand the valuation of the companies he is working with.
Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), which he achieved following the completion of three rigorous exams covering financial analysis, economics and investment management. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors either in the garden or cycling through the countryside and sampling coffee and cake from Norfolk’s cafés.
