Matt is a Partner and head of our Insolvency and Recovery team. He has 25 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency together with informal arrangements and turnarounds. He also has experience in dealing with independent business reviews and solvent liquidations.
He has worked on a number of significant and high profile insolvency cases in East Anglia, spanning industries including retail, wholesale, offshore, agriculture, distribution, and construction.
He is a Fellow of both the Insolvency Practitioners Association and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
Matt is also the lead Partner across East Anglia for the Escalate dispute resolution and debt recovery service. Price Bailey has an exclusive license to operate the fully funded and insured service across the region. Providing access to justice for SME’s by assisting them to recover the estimated £130bn tied up in late payments and disputes/unpaid debt in the UK each year.
