Mohammed Imran

Imran is a Director in the Strategic Corporate Finance team, based in the City of London, primarily focusing on Transaction Services and M&A engagements.

Imran’s career began with training in audit, before transitioning into Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. Most recently, he has been working in M&A at an investment bank, amassing over 10 years of specialist corporate finance experience.

Throughout his career, Imran has worked with a variety of corporate, private equity, and listed clients on a broad range of national and cross-border transactions. These typically include vendor or acquirer-initiated financial due diligence exercises for deals ranging in value from £2 million to £100 million. Additionally, he has acted as a contributed to Reporting Accountant work on various AIM IPOs and other capital markets transactions. His experience also extends to working within the finance department of a London Stock Exchange (LSE) listed company.

Although Imran operates as a generalist, he has a particular passion for advisory work in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, as well as the Renewables and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sectors.

Outside of work, Imran is kept busy by his young family and serves as the treasurer for his local mosque.
