Toby is a Deal Origination Lead in the Strategic Corporate Finance Team and is based in London.
He works with the practice’s Partners to build relationships with owner-managed businesses, leveraging the experience in the team to advise on the most suitable type of exit and GTM strategy.
Toby also develops Price Bailey’s relationships with buyers in the market and is well placed to explain the buyer landscape and take a company to market. He works in close partnership with his colleagues in the corporate finance team to carry out the technical aspects of a deal.
Toby is an avid foodie and traveller, enjoys experiencing different cultures and cooking their cuisine.
